“I have written 30 Steps to Conscious Living as a daily guide book. These 30 steps are simpleand straightforward guidelines that I feel help us deal consciouslyand authentically with life, with ourselvesand with other people. These guidelines come to us from various sources over the ages. From our wisest people – spiritual leadersand sages, elders, athletes, scientistsand those that have lead our world in a positive fashion. What my goal is in my book is to give you some importantand simple guidelines to live your life in a purposefuland authentic way. Starting with easy to understand steps it makes it possible become a more conscious human being. These particular 30 steps give us a solid foundation to startand/or continue our work towards conscious living. They are universal principles that have been usedand can be used by everyoneand anyone regardless of belief, culture, race, economic status, age or any other thing that makes us different from others. In truth, when we remove the differences, we are connectedand come from the same source. That’s the beauty of it all.”

About the Author

Brian Heater is a passionate writer on natural health, well-beingand conscious living. He currently operates an online natural healthand well-being business dedicated to helping others become more educated in this area. He has been involved in alternative health, counselingand new thought philosophy for over 25 years. He has published numerous articlesand has written three books.

Brian’s philosophiesand teachings are based on a blend of faithsand perspectives. He advocates the blending of scienceand spiritualityand emphasizes using a practical spirituality in our daily lives. His main emphasis is based on the principles of compassion, awarenessand mindfulness. Brian also teaches a health approach that helps one find a balance between body, mind, spiritand emotions. He believes that by working for well-being in each of these four areas we can achieve a higher state of healthand consciousness.
