“I have written 30 Steps to Conscious Living as a daily guide book. These 30 steps are simple and straightforward guidelines that I feel help us deal consciously and authentically with life, with ourselves and with other people. These guidelines come to us from various sources over the ages. From our wisest people – spiritual leaders and sages, elders, athletes, scientists and those that have lead our world in a positive fashion. What my goal is in my book is to give you some important and simple guidelines to live your life in a purposeful and authentic way. Starting with easy to understand steps it makes it possible become a more conscious human being. These particular 30 steps give us a solid foundation to start and/or continue our work towards conscious living. They are universal principles that have been used and can be used by everyone and anyone regardless of belief, culture, race, economic status, age or any other thing that makes us different from others. In truth, when we remove the differences, we are connected and come from the same source. That’s the beauty of it all.”

About the Author

Brian Heater is a passionate writer on natural health, well-being and conscious living. He currently operates an online natural health and well-being business dedicated to helping others become more educated in this area. He has been involved in alternative health, counseling and new thought philosophy for over 25 years. He has published numerous articles and has written three books.

Brian’s philosophies and teachings are based on a blend of faiths and perspectives. He advocates the blending of science and spirituality and emphasizes using a practical spirituality in our daily lives. His main emphasis is based on the principles of compassion, awareness and mindfulness. Brian also teaches a health approach that helps one find a balance between body, mind, spirit and emotions. He believes that by working for well-being in each of these four areas we can achieve a higher state of health and consciousness. As an ongoing student and teacher, Brian’s service to the larger community is to educate and guide people toward a more joyful and healthy life.
